Empowerment in Motion
Leadership Program
Students in Empowerment in Motion assist instructors during classes for younger dancers under direct staff supervision. They help demonstrate movement, support class structure, and model positive behavior in an age-appropriate and nurturing way. This is not a staff position, but a leadership and learning experience designed to support long-term growth and potential future opportunities within the studio.
